The first details for a £500 million framework have been released to contractors.
The framework, which is being posted by Suffolk County Council, will cover the East of England and last for four years. It will cover public sector construction and building services and is broken down into five lots – dependant on the value of the projects.
Covering a vast range of sectors, such as, general construction, M&E work, engineering, repair and maintenance, demolition, plumbing and painting.
The lots have been divided by value, with one of the lots reaching a total estimated value of £4.5 million.
The contract notice is expected to be published by Suffolk on the 5th December.
